Nicole Wobus
Business Development Manager
Business Development Team
Growing up in rural New Hampshire, Nicole developed a love of exploring the outdoors and a deep appreciation for nature. Studying environmental policy and land use planning on the coast of Maine and in Boston sparked her passion for using resources efficiently, preserving natural spaces and creating more thriving, sustainable communities.
For over 25 years Nicole has leveraged program design and evaluation, stakeholder collaboration, market research and planning skills to guide program and policy decisions aimed at addressing climate change and building more sustainable communities. She has created and led initiatives that improve communities' access to data and resources and help them make innovative advancements in energy, environmental justice, resilience, grid modernization and affordability. As Long Range Planning Manager for Boulder County, Colorado, Nicole led sustainability, resilience and equity-related comprehensive plan and land use code updates. She is an AICP certified land use planner with a master’s degree in urban and environmental policy and planning.
Nicole enjoys working with potential clients and partners to explore how the Lotus team may be able to help them overcome challenges and support their needs.
