Through analysis, communications, and planning we build the foundation for climate action.

Through the development and implementation of equitable decarbonization programs, we help our clients act. It is through this action that our clients actively participate in reducing carbon emissions for our planet.  We are all in this together, and we acknowledge that community members who have been historically and traditionally marginalized have not been treated equally or given the same rights and opportunities as others. Social and racial justice are directly related to environmental and climate justice. We know that for climate action to truly succeed not only do we need to bring this recognition to the forefront of our work, but we must also design equitable decarbonization programs that allow all members of the community to benefit.

We advocate for climate justice.

We recognize that climate action extends beyond carbon emissions and must include people and communities. We identify those who are most vulnerable and less likely to be served – frontline and under-resourced communities – and ensure that our clients’ efforts focus on their needs and provide accessible and transformational information and support.

We integrate behavioral change recommendations.

Human behavior is complicated. We have worked with our clients to integrate behavioral change into their energy efficiency programs to increase citizen awareness of their consumption activities and increase the likelihood of participating in environmental initiatives.
