We offer our clients technical decision-making support that is based on the reality shaped by their unique needs and challenges. We have worked with a variety of public sector and non-profit organizations across the state. We understand the difficulties in addressing and improving sustainable practices, and we know the real-life financial constraints, fear of change, and challenges of education and outreach. We are passionate about this work and we are committed to using our strengths and skills to collaborate with folks on the ground to improve our environment.
Lotus has developed, managed, facilitated, and lead the implementation of multiple energy efficiency and sustainability programs. Our “feet on the street” knowledge enables us to understand how programs actually function when implemented.
We have completed technical reviews of solar garden proposals for multiple municipalities, as well as studied the effectiveness of solar garden legislation to support low-income households. We have also been featured on NREL's community solar working group.
Through analysis, research, and greenhouse gas accounting, we are able to help our clients identify and prioritize sustainability goals and projects, compare options against one another, and prioritize and develop new opportunities.
We use our diverse backgrounds to look at various projects and problems through various lenses including public relations, financial, political, and environmental. In return, we are able to translate complex issues into plain language that external and internal audience will understand.
